About us

The three designer of ARTISTA

ARTISTA prefers the aesthetic sence, rather than an abstract concept. They respect classic, traditional tailoring, transplanting those lines into a contemporary urban attire, in such a way that, they are paired with extreme lines in a novel interpretation. The traditional japanes sence for colors fabrics and proportions remain one of  the main inspiration for the designers. We celebrate the authentic woman who loves freedom, art and music. She is open minded and has good sense for style and quality clothing.

ARTISTA x KORGA | PerfectNest collection

ARTISTA  Fall-Winter '24-'25 collection was inspired by the art of György Korga (1935-2002)

What is the link between Ikebana and interstellar space?

We didn't even think that this would be a topic related to the creation of our collection, but the paintings of the chosen artist raised this question.

György Korga's series made in the seventies was based on Ikebanas, and the prints of the collection were made based on them. In addition to the aesthetics of the paintings, the spirit of ikebana provided a lot of inspiration during the design, as it symbolizes five things such as negative space - i.e. silence -, asymmetry, balance, avoidance of intentionality and the concept of just enough. We actually work with them in every design process, even if not so consciously.

Another important theme of Korga was space and the world of the stars, we couldn't resist two of his paintings either, they were included in the prints, and they act as if they were the starting points of ikebana compositions both aesthetically and spiritually.

Rich and sensitive color prints, worked surfaces, striking little coats, softly enveloping layers and shapes, feminine silhouettes characterize the next fall-winter season.
